Durkin Tree Service, Inc. is a family-owned business founded by Dan Durkin in 2009. DTS is proud to specialize in hazardous tree removal and high-risk limb removal as well as thinning trees for fire prevention in the Lake Tahoe Basin.

Dan has always been passionate about forest health. Growing up in Amador County, California, he loved to climb and care for trees. He moved to Lake Tahoe in 1997 and after gaining experience with various tree services he realized how much he had to offer the tree care industry and his community. Performing professional tree care as owner-operator for 12 years, Dan grew DTS into the thriving business it is today. DTS has a team of professionals to serve all your tree care needs; utilizing decades of experience and proper equipment they can handle any job big or small.
